Welcome to the Tools 4 Teaching online portal! Through this site, you will be able to schedule your shopping visits. Shopping dates and availability will be posted at the start of each month.
Tools 4 Teaching store guidelines are shown below. (By scheduling an appointment to shop, you are acknowledging you are aware and accept the terms of the guidelines.)
1. I am a certified classroom teacher. I have students assigned to me for whom I am responsible for assigning grades.
2 Shoppers ONLY will be allowed in the building - NO children or guests will be allowed for liability reasons.
3.Shoppers must schedule an appointment before coming in to shop, show ID & check in upon arrival.
4. Shoppers must observe limits posted on products to ensure adequate supplies for all shoppers.
5. Items of significant value(such as furniture) become school property & are non transferable.
6. T4T does its best to monitor all products placed in the store. We ask that teachers monitor appropriateness of products before distributing to students or placing in the classroom.
7. Thank You notes help keep our shelves stocked & let our donors hear from you and your students. You may be asked to write a thank you.
8. Items designated as "Bonus" should be restricted to quantities that meet the needs of the classroom.
9. Teachers may allow another teacher to shop for them with a signed permission slip called "Request for Shopper". The authorized teacher may shop for only 1 other teacher and must only shop on the same day they shop themselves.
10. Our mission is to provide your students & classrooms with tools necessary for success. Items from the store may not be returned, exchanged, sold or taken for personal use. Abuse of this policy will result in revocation of shopping privileges.
